Gamma Zinken is pleased to launch an exclusive new range of machines Zinken ZCM 26, the result of the experience of the person that invented the first combined machine. A very nice machine, made in Italy, handy and reliable, featuring two motors, 2000 W each

The machine is equipped with 4 basic functions: tilting circular saw, Planer, thickness planer, milling spindle moulder.

Ergonomics
All possibile working functions allow the operator to work in a safe and confortable position. The machine comes complete with a specific fence for each fuction.
In its design it was taken into account the use of the right hand. Safety switches are positioned in the correct position for each operation.

Important Details
4 openings at the bottom of the machine stand, for the forks of a forklift truck/hand pallet truck, as well as 4 ringbolts (red) help lift the machine. The ringbolts are in ergonomia position and feature a 30 mm captive ring to attach cables, ropes or bars. Such ringbolts can be also removed after use.

On the main control board you can set different
functions, one by one: off, planer/thicknesser
function and saw/spindle moulder.
In case the main control panel is set on the
function ‘saw/spindle moulder’, on the secondary
control board you can select: spindle moulder, off and circular saw

All the functions can be easily set on.
The machine features motors that provide ample power. They have a thermal safety protection. In case they overheat, they stop automatically and restart when their temperature decreases.

Squaring Unit The squaring table with its support arm is fixed to the sliding carriage and features slots with a wide scale as a reference to the fence.

Tilting Saw unit Importantly, the saw unit of the commonly sold combined machine cannot tilt. The ZCM 26 circular saw unit tilts 0°-45°. The machine has a 250 mm diameter circular saw blade.

Sliding Beam The wide, anodized aluminium sliding beam, with a 1250 mm stroke capacity, allows accurate cross cutting. The beam slides smoothly and noiselessly thanks to quality spheres. Specially designed ‘anti dust’ round profile.
