JET JDBS-5-M is a compact belt and belt sander. It is universal and allows you to work with any common material in everyday life: metal, wood, plastic, etc.

At the same time, a variety of operations can be performed: removal of coatings, sharpening of cutting tools, "adjustment" of the shape of the pieces, etc. The machine is intended for HOBBY use, but despite this, it is equipped with a ROBUST AND POWERFUL motor, which allows you to work continuously and not take breaks for its cooling ...

The disc grinding unit is equipped with a support plate with velcro, the abrasive discs are quick-change. Thanks to the solid support surface, it is possible to align the surfaces, shape the edges and corners of the pieces. The adjustable support table allows for high precision and repeatability.

The belt unit has a smooth and sliding tilting table. The sanding belt has two sections: it can work on a table with support and work "in the air" without support, where its flexion is limited only by the tension force. In the first case, the flat areas are ground (for example, a blade during sharpening), in the second, the rounded areas, such as tool handles, knife blades, etc.
