Details make the difference
The tools are made of carbide grinding wheels diamond digging with their shape from a solid cylinder, thus are suitable tools to undergo several regrinding because the quality of the raw material is constant within them.
Tools are designed for industrial use and thus require precision mandrels and constant rate of progress, the piece held securely and vibration free.
Being built in hard metal are suitable to work at high speeds of rotation, do not suffer from the increase of temperature due to abrasion of the material removed, then do not lose the "thread" as happens when the steel is heated during the processing.
- Special geometry of cutting edge and head
-Cutting length indicated is fully useful
- Longer groove for chip ejection
- High quality hard metal for long lasting operation
- Clearance angle of uniform width
- Round clearance angle for good resharpenings
Solid carbide spiral cutter with round head - Right-hand rotation and right spiral Type 3ETC - Z 3
Solid carbide spiral cutter with round head - Right-hand rotation and right spiral Type 3ETC - Z 3
Particularly suited for cutting hardwood, MDF, wooden by-products and any materials producing sharp shavings.
Solid carbide twist drills for wood and its by products Type PW2
Solid carbide twist drills for wood and its by products Type PW2
Twist drills of Ø 2,5 and 3 mm are the most used to make the holes for the self-tapping screws.
Type 1E - Z1
Type 1E - Z1
Solid carbide spiral cutter - Right-hand rotation Right spiral Used for cutting plastics, light alloys, aluminium-base materials and any materials producing flowing shavings with difficulty to be removed. The positive spiral facilitates the chip ejection upwards. Suitable for carving blind grooves.
Type 1EN - Z1
Type 1EN - Z1
Solid carbide spiral cutter - Right-hand rotation Left spiral Used for cutting plastics, light alloys, aluminium-base materials and any materials producing flowing shavings, with difficulty to be removed. The left spiral facilitates the chip ejection downwards, making it necessary to leave the board.
Type 2E - Z2
Type 2E - Z2
Solid carbide spiral cutter - Right hand rotation Left spiral Suited for cutting plastics, natural wood and any materials producing splintered shavings with little difficulty in being removed. The left spiral facilitates the chip ejection downwards, making it necessary to leave the board. The top side is best for machining, while the bottom surface on soft woods may get torn towards the bottom.
Type 2E - Z2
Type 2E - Z2
Solid carbide spiral cutter - Right-hand rotation Right spiral Suggested for cutting plastics, natural wood, light alloys and any materials producing splintered shavings with little difficulty in being removed. For cutting light alloys it is recommended to inject some nebulized air mixed with oil to keep the tool clean. The right spiral facilitates chip ejection upwards, therefore the best finish can be obtained on the lower side of the panel.
Type 2E - Z2
Type 2E - Z2
Solid carbide spiral cutter - Right-hand rotation Right and left spiral Shaving released downwards, making it necessary to leave the board. Used to cut and sever natural, veneered and noble wood. Both sides of the propeller being used allow for a better finish on both surfaces.
Type 3E - Z3 Solid carbide spiral cutter - Right-hand rotation Right spiral
Type 3E - Z3 Solid carbide spiral cutter - Right-hand rotation Right spiral
Solid carbide spiral cutter - Right-hand rotation Right spiral Particularly suited for cutting hardwood, MDF, wooden by-products and any materials producing sharp shavings, with no difficulty in being removed. Excellent finish, smooth and clean surface. The right spiral facilitates chip ejection upwards. Suitable for carving blind grooves.
Type 3EN - Z3 Solid carbide spiral cutter - Right-hand rotation Left spiral
Type 3EN - Z3 Solid carbide spiral cutter - Right-hand rotation Left spiral
Solid carbide spiral cutter - Right-hand rotation Left spiral Particularly suited for cutting hardwood, MDF, wooden by-products and any materials producing sharp shavings, with no difficulty in being removed. Excellent finish, smooth and clean surface. The left spiral facilitates the chip ejection downwards, making it necessary to leave the board.
Type 3ER - Z3-R Solid carbide spiral cutter with chip breaker - Right-hand rot.
Type 3ER - Z3-R Solid carbide spiral cutter with chip breaker - Right-hand rot.
Solid carbide spiral cutter with chip breaker - Right-hand rotation Right spiral Particularly suited for hardwood, MDF, wooden by-products and any materials producing sharp shavings with no difficulty in being removed. Rough-planing, feed and production increase, roughness suitable for glues to be applied on finishing edges. The right spiral facilitates chip ejection upwards. Designed to carve blind grooves.
Type 3ERN - Z3-R Solid carbide spiral cutter with chip breaker - Right-hand rot.
Type 3ERN - Z3-R Solid carbide spiral cutter with chip breaker - Right-hand rot.
Solid carbide spiral cutter with chip breaker - Right-hand rotation Left spiral Particularly suited for hardwood, MDF, wooden by-products and any materials producing sharp shavings, with no difficulty in being removed. Rough-planing, feed and production increase, roughness suitable for glues to be applied on finishing edges. The left spiral facilitates chip ejection downwards, making it necessary to leave the board.
Type 3ETI - Z3 Solid carbide spiral cutter for finishing - Right-hand rotation right spiral w. chip breaker
Type 3ETI - Z3 Solid carbide spiral cutter for finishing - Right-hand rotation right spiral w. chip breaker
Solid carbide spiral cutter for finishing - Right-hand rotation right spiral with chip breaker Particularly suited for softwood, hardwood and any materials producing flowing shavings with difficulty in being ejected. This cutter produces fine shavings and is used for roughing and finishing in one single pass. Especially designed to cut lock slots.
